Pricing
How much is a website is really like asking how long is a piece of string as it depends so much on what you actually require. However here is a guide. Invoices are itemised so you know what you are paying for.
Websites
from £250
Websites are priced per page with a set-up fee. A page is roughly A4 as a guide. If there are lots of images, extra buttons and widgets then it may be more. But roughly a 4-page site for £250 would include the following:
* 4 pages of bespoke website design using your own existing logo and corporate identity; these would often be home, products, testimontials, contact.
* Domain name, email & site hosting guidance;
* Online user statistics;
* Basic search engine optimisation;
* Validation to web standards & accessibilty.
I design basic static sites in HTML, but also sites you can manage and edit yourself. We can do smaller, larger, e-commerce etc. See the Web Services page for details.
Website maintenance for updates to your site, little design tweaks etc.
£17.50 per 30 minutes
Email and phone support are free.
Domain name registration
£25 per domain name registration. This includes the cost of the domain name itself and I can either set it up in your name so the renewals come to you, or I can be the administrator for you.
£25 per website hosting registration. Again if you wish to take over the annual renewals after set up then that is fine.
If you wish to register the domain and webspace yourself and just let me know the settings then that is also fine and of course of no cost to you apart from your time.
Graphic design, if you need a new logo, re-design for your site etc.
£35 per hour
Training/teaching
£30 per hour (plus travel expenses)
