This week’s work has been mostly updating the TrakMats website, still a work in progress but we are making progress now.
The site has been running for several years, as shown by the fact that it still uses a table layout with only very little css and Dreamweaver templates full of functions. This obviously had the site working very well but over the years and with several developers working at it, it has become rather confused and led to one or two things not working at all.
I am gradually bringing in some of the new CSS standards and trying to clean up the code to not only get it back to a fully functioning site but also make it much easier to keep up to date.
